From copper foil basics to advanced fused glass techniques — we offer a wide range of classes in a warm, supportive studio.

All classes must be scheduled or changed in person or on the phone during store hours. Classes & availability are updated regularly. Prices are subject to change without notice. By enrolling in any class you agree to the Class & Substance Free Policies.
Class Policies: Due to the fact that we have to pay our teachers regardless of the number of students, we now have the following class policy. Class Fees must be paid in advance to guarantee placement in a class. Class Supplies and tools must be purchased at Allen Kenoyer Glass. Class size minimum is 4 students. We reserve the right to reschedule in the event the class minimum is not met.
Cancellations: Prior to 7 days will receive credit towards a future class. 4-6 Days will result in 50% credit. Less than 3 days notice & no shows will result in forfeiture of payment.
Substance-Free Policy: For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, attendees may not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol while taking a class at our studio. Anyone who appears to be impaired will be asked to leave, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

Studio Use

Workshop policies

The shop is available for your use during certain times for a fee. Workshops include use of our cutting systems, limited grinder use (ask if you need it for your whole project), and luster brush. Workshops do not include chemicals or supplies — see fees below.

Workshop
$15 / 2½ hours
A little help to keep you on track for your own project, but you basically work on your own.
Workshop Plus
$20 / 2½ hours
A little extra instruction and help as you need it. You still basically work on your own.
Class Makeup
$30+ / 2½ hours
If you must miss an important class, we'll help you get back on track. Some classes cannot be made up. If catching up only, workshop rates apply.
Private Instruction
$65 / hour / person
By appointment only — limited availability on weekdays. Must be scheduled ahead of time. One-on-one focused instruction.

Add-ons

Chemicals $5 — if you need to use our chemicals during workshop.
Soldering iron rental $8 — if you need to use one of ours.
Grinder rental $10 — must buy your own bit & sponge.
